"Not even to this day. It's still the wildest thing I've ever done."

"Well, don't count on a rematch; Gayle has long since retired from sluts anonymous. I was the instigator---big sister---and she went along."

"We don't really need Gayle to get crazy together----do we?"

"Have you got records? I'm trying to stifle a giggle at the fact that David finally decided to make a pass at me."

"Uh, huh on both counts...better late than never?"

"Have you got a record player in your bedroom?"

"Top of the line."

"Don't tell me you've got a double bed."

"Bigger."

"Do you still keep your petroleum jelly under the mattress?"

"No, but I'm sure I have a jar somewhere."

"What time does your farewell dinner start?"

"1930"

"That's almost three hours; I need to stop by the BOQ to change...how far away is your house?"

"Twenty minutes...you're still living in the BOQ?"

"Yep! Too damned busy to find an apartment."

"It's a big house for one guy; maybe we can work out an arrangement."

"What kind of arrangement did you have in mind?"

"Long term...very long term...long term as in permanent?"

"That's an interesting proposal."

"Play your cards right and a proposal could be forthcoming."

"Oh, my! Well, we better hurry up and get going. It looks like I don't have much time before dinner to play my best cards."

"We'll have lots of time to play after the dinner...as long as it takes...for the rest of our lives."

"Oh, my."

5*****. 11 years since I first read this. It certainly has not diminished. Excellent!

Great Story

It is great to read a story that has an interesting plot and is not dedicated to endless descriptions of sex. Great job! 5*

Great drama/love story. Another example of the authors great writing abilities. I thoroughly enjoyed the story but as one other commented a sequel or at least Epilogue would be wonderful. Again another 5 star story.

BEYOND

I came from reading Molly Was A Teenage Whore,

thinking it was about as good as it could get.

Wrong.

This story went beyond it.

I don't know why I'm attracted to legal drama.

I have no familiarity nor expertise in it.

Come, to think of it, maybe that's why -- the lure of the obscure and fascination with unknown ( which is sometimes not as fascinating once the mysteries are explained).

The first listing on the Submissions page of Rehnquist (a judge)

is another fascinating courtroom drama.

ANOTHER WOW

...from Dinsmore.

Not only an impressive story line, but expressed in near faultless language (lacking misspellings, grammar problems, etc).

Mentioning grammar, reminds me of one I heard decades ago. A little boy opens the door. Salesman asks, "Where's your mother?"

Little boy replies, "She ain't here."

Salesman: "Where's your grammar?"

Boy: "She ain't here either."
