I had kept a note about this story because it was both fascinating/exciting in thinking about the sex and terrifying in thinking about the risk to a marriage. It was a very good read the second time as well. As others have commented, there may be room for an additional chapter - but in doing so you may have to go further in exploring what the impact is on their ongoing relationship. It's a tough issue and differs, I'm sure, in every such relationship.
