If the work that women do is equal to the work that men do but for 76 cents to the dollar then no business would hire a man as long as a woman is available.

And keep the other 24 cents as profit.

Profit is after all why businesses exist.

You present interesting ideas, but poorly.

You need a proofreader and editor, you use the wrong words too often which confuses the reader as to what you mean.

Roll where the word should be role. (roll is what a wheel does)

Tenancies which should be tendencies. (tenancies is what renters do)

She wants to be certain that he will support her and their children, at least while any children a small and need their mother's attention. Too many men fall down on that one and then wonder why their women leave them.
