So the guy knows quite a bit about medicine but nothing about how he came to this world?

All I had to do was read the next chapter and my concerns were addressed.

It's kind of refreshing to see an author of ANY genre be so casual and direct about menstruation and other bodily functions. The princess is one lucky woman on that count! Only 2 or 3 days of flow, only minor cramping before hand, no headaches or fatigue. Damn.

Oh and if a story needs a list of terms stated and then explained in a list, then it’s a terribly written and expressed story. Also what good is that list of facts at the story end after seven chapters.

I just have to laugh, not at you though, you tried your best.

I recommend writing a story plan/outline and then fleshing it out into a complete story.
