I have heard human semen IS very healthy for women. A lot probably from horny guys trying to get their wives to swallow, but one Australian research study did find that it helped with pregnancy, since resistance to any seminal antigens are reduced in women who swallow their husbands semen, since it lowered resistance over time.

All I know is that both hubby and I feel great after I give him a blowjob (and always swallow- I like the taste). Whether it is the sperm itself or seeing the pleasure it gives him, it is a tremendous way to keep the marriage happy (and we are in our 60s).
