Part 1 looked promising, but there is a gap between the end of Pt1 and the start of Pt2 so I gave up. Look forward to seeing the correction.

This story is nearly 40,000 words long (short novel length, though not structured as a novel). Rather than subject you all to all that scrolling, I've divided it into chapters as many authors do. More chapters will be posted quickly.

C'mon, people -- give the author a chance; it looks like we've got something good coming here.

Nice start, but don't bother posting in such little pieces. Typically a story is well over 10-15 pages.
