The next day I'm sitting very gingerly at my desk and turn on the computer. There is an email, as I expect, from Emily.
'Dear delightful, beautiful Annie,' it reads. 'I hope that I didn't hurt you last night. I got so carried away that I couldn't stop. Still you did seem to enjoy it, didn't you?
