Why would you try to suggest that a 50 yr old woman would suddenly renounce her wedding vows, her husbands love and her love of God? Why make her a Christian at all, why not make her a two-bit hoochie mama? Because it seems taboo? Well, it's only taboo if her actions equal her faith. In other words, going to church and being a pastor's wife doesn't make her a Christian any more than going to McDonalds' makes you a hamburger. For her to be a Christian, she would need to have a conversation with God, spend time in prayer and feel guilt over her cheating. There was none of that.
