I'm just relating this film to what I read above--

I know most women don't want to be pregnant all the time or maybe don't ever want to be--

but this story made me think of these contrasts--SO-CALLED--the small waist equals fertility (or anorexia--to the point of infertility?)--and is supposed to make females with small waists more attractive to males due to their small waists being an indication of these females' youth and fertility--or--starvation? Whether self-imposed or otherwise? Duh--with starvation you may have a small waist but be infertile--like not having periods any longer--duh!

and the gloriously large pregnant belly--sacred, holy*--the goddess (an I fuckin don't wanna be one!--that's for art--and myth)

*but I've actually had one of these! me!!!!!!!!!!

The thing is--when your belly is full and you've chosen this--you don't need a small waist--you have reaped the rewards of a small waist and are now big with child--

which some females think is a lot more fun--

then there's the honor of having an expanded waist because you've given birth--the reason the small waist was worth anything at all--
