I know this is just a story, but there is no excuse to treat girls in this manner, and there is no excuse to hit a girl even in a story

The violence inflicted on Tara is gruesome but it serves thevplotline and you bring a tenderness to your protagonist that is lovrly and endearing. Fairly well written. I enjoyed it, even though it made me cringe at times.

This is a good story. And goodie, there's two more chapters to read.
