Why barebacking if HIV + ?????

Several distracting things here that made it hard to understand:

1. What was his accident? Did he get backed over by Mike’s car or did he get hit by another car? What we’re his injuries that were still not healed six months later?

2. During sex, first Taylor was topping Mike but then suddenly, magically Mike was topping Taylor? Huh?

3. If Taylor is HIV+ why are they sucking each other and barebacking? Unsafe.
