Click hereWho dares to witness the death of desire?
The wise old lawyer has said he is willing.
Who stands to extinguish the holy fire:
Whose turn now to play the funeral lyre?
The musician is ready, his song is compelling.
Who dares to witness the death of desire?
Who dresses those left in mourning attire?
The tailor stands by his order to filling.
Who stands to extinguish the holy fire?
Who sings for the soul in the funeral choir?
The minstrels will come, their voices are trilling.
Who dares to witness the death of desire?
Who prays for the dead with words that inspire?
The preacher will speak, while death bell is knelling.
Who stands to extinguish the holy fire?
All others you mention, dismiss them entire.
Lover and friend will handle the killing.
Who dares to witness the death of desire?
Who stands to extinguish the holy fire?
