Loved the secrets here in the poem. The imagery is great. A lil humor here too. Good poem..*Smiles*

and this line is nicely dark:

while you watch amazed,

only to twist it round your throat

the last stanza reminded me a bit of the Wizard of Oz when the curtain is revealed to see the man behind the illusion.

Well done.

for that wizard, that something, thing, being behind the glass, curtain, wisp of what ever you captured it :)

I'd have to say this reminded me of the Wizard of Oz as well. The ending was great. Fab work :-)

Why did I take this on a much more theological level? It is well done an any level, though.
