b) functional illiterates: "oh, I don't roleplay, I just chat, yeah... mmm... hi mmm... yeah... mmm... sure"
c) spoiled rattlesnakes: "how are you?" "wtf? didn't you read my profile? don't you know you must start with capital letters?"
