After years of reading, I decided to take the frightening step of writing. I am pleased my stories so far have been received as well as they have. Did I say pleased? I meant pleasantly surprised. Comments and ideas are always welcome.

One thing no one tells you about choosing to share is the discipline it takes to write a story. At least, to write one we as readers enjoy. I read each line over and over, changing a word, discarding whole paragraphs that do not add to the tale. Then, there are typos, which always seem to sneak past the editing. I didn’t think I would enjoy that part as much as I do. It gives me a new appreciation for those on here whose work i have added as favorites.

Submitted a new story today. “The Rise of Katherine”. It is a followup to the “Vampire For Christmas” saga. I hope to have a new story by the end of the month. I am sifting through options.
