Charles David McNeal is a 57 year old Special Education Paraprofessional and substitute teacher, he works and lives among the Flint Hills of Eastern Kansas. He is a retired soldier, a former Marine and Vietnam vet. He loves the outdoors and writing. His love poems, to say the least, are noted for their passion. His sense of humor...say his co-workers... is full of corn and he has a personality between that of David Letterman and Robin Williams with Robin Williams winning out most of the time. His personal motto is Carpe Diem (sieze the day) and he believes in squeezing all of life out of a single day.
