This octopus has a more malevolent look in its eyes than the ones in your other drawing. The other one you could tell they were both about pleasuring the woman. In this one, he has more nefarious things on his mind. Though he is just pulling her swimsuit off of her, so things may change later on once he has the clothing out of the way.

I think if you looked a bit closer, you might note that he is not "just pulling her swimsuit off of her", he already has the tip of one tentacle between her lips, and, more obviously, one at each nipple. :)

Reminiscent of some of those Asian cartoon drawings. Well done.

Thank you, velcro_zipper. Indeed, the them itself seems to have root in Japanese erotica, and for this particular version, I gave a little nod to a manga style— which I enjoy, but to not feel compelled to mimic. :)

This is probably not the response you were going for but I think that octo’s facial expression is adorable! He’s not kidding me with that “mean” look. He’s too cute to be mean!
