amazing little poem with bigness

why the quotes around forest? did I miss something?

home, our own little forest, the best is already here, etc..

isnt that what "forest" means? I like your metaphor, most of us poet -types here will get it without the quotes, but its not that distracting..not for me anyway...:)

With an eviction notice ~

"Vacate my forest."

The woods are lovely, dark and deep ~ how do those bugs ever see...

and pretty neat... But that forest should have been swept for bugs.
