I pick up the phone.
The sound of your voice catches me off guard.
My heart skips a beat, the butterflies take flight.
It takes me a moment to respond.

I hear you breathe, the inhale the exhale
Imagining the rise and fall of your chest along with it.
It moves through my entire body.
A feeling of complete warmth overtakes me.

Your breasts heaving with just that one breath excites.
As you speak, my mind imagines you standing...
Looking into my eyes, into the depths of my soul.

We move closer.
Our bodies touch.
A blush spreads the length of my body as I hear you laugh softly.
I can feel your heartbeat thudding with my own.

We stand motionless, in silence.
Holding one another close with mere words.
I feel you inside me.
Inside every part of me caressing my very soul.

Full of unexpected emotions.
Swelling with them, infected with them, yet I can't move.
All I can do is struggle with my breath.

I melt in the comfort of your arms.
As I hold you even closer.
Your breath becomes my own.
And in that instant the world disappears.

In this moment all that exists is just you.
Closer than any two people have ever been.
Can you feel it, too?
Does it consume you like a flame does the candle's wick?

I close my eyelids tight.
Biting my lower lip as your words caress me.
Again...It takes me a moment to respond
