5, probably a good thing I saw the thread, si I know where you're coming from. As a Rimbaud emulation (not imitation) I think it is very good. I've always had problems with Rimbaud.
enjoyed the language and the transformation of the interpretation of aurora. Parts were more prosey than I generally prefer, but who knows, a story poem is probably the best way to tell this one. 5
I enjoyed this a lot, not sure it was consciously Rimbaudesque but if so, all the better iin my opinion.
I give it a 5. If it was me I'd try to compress it but that might alter its style.
Good work! Thanks.
Brilliant imagery but the format bugs me. It strikes me more like very poetic flash fiction rather than a poem but it is so beautiful on the ear.
I love how the scenes play out in my imagination. As if going scene by scene in a film. Plus, the underlying erotic tones...oo laa la.
Absolutely stunning imagery! It must be so magical experiencing this beautiful display of colors in the heavens. Definitely on my bucket list!!!
