This is interesting. Not bad at all. I like it, but it's not quite... I don't know. Maybe a little wordy for my taste. You do have some nice lines, like: where scarves of birds flew east or south

blend so nice although I'm not quite sure exactly what it means I like it just the same

Aptly titled; it's like life's early journey. Would hope you'd find a way, though, to trim back on some of the prolific words here.
