Many people split,
They left against their will.
People forced to stay home
Many isolated on their own.
Affairs forced to end
No longer a need to pretend.
Good friends gone quiet
Are they ok or taken flight,
Will we ever reunite.
Away from this land of disease
Some have gone,
Others fought with ease and continue on.
Stay safe all my friends and lovers
Be sure you still write.
Stay in touch, contact others
Be sure to enjoy each day and each night.
