Leaving is always bitter-sweet, a drink of honey and aloes,
And though the old dream holds cherished memories,
The time has come to turn the page.
Will you dip your pen in another ink-well
And write a story to please a foreign palate?
Or will you cut yourself to bleed
And write your own….with a quill dipped in blood?
You choose, Galatea.

I confess I looked up the mythology behind it and found the ancient story, which added some deeper meaning.

Nice one! Thanks for sharing
