As you begin to read my words, your thoughts
Are focused down onto the page below.
Your mind can in a trance find itself, brought
Down deeper from the need to quickly slow.

An emptiness may simply just flow through
With every word. A peace; it can be found
Resounding through your mind. My words are true,
A blankness, coolness, calmness will abound.

No need to move, or think, or care, or fight,
Sink down and let everything float away.
You keep letting go, to your own delight
And from my words your mind now cannot stray

At last you understand you did just sink
To have no needs, no cares, no thoughts to think
