Certainly one of the best rhyming poems posted today. The rhythm in which it flows is very nearly perfect, and I never felt the message was compromised by the necessity to stay true to the structure.
There's a very present, almost musical attention to the sound of the words.
I can hear Garth Brooks singing this. Loved this bit:
When I said, “I do.”
Did you mean I might?

I loved the poem, hope you dont mind but I printed it off to see what kind of music I can put with it. Ill plunk around with guitar and keyboard to see how twangy I can make it! lol Just kidding! I truly love it and I know a special someone will too!
