I can't really say it's poetry. You have some elements of verse and yes, it may even qualify as a prose poem. To make it more obviously so, you may want to try finding metaphors for your erection and such. This is merely my opinion on it, however. I'm sure thousands would disagree with me. Thanks for sharing.
