I would have taken out the intimate "YOU" from the end of the poem and invest in it in a whole separate poem.
The rest of the poem was great, equally spreading images; memories and feeling of objects or other beings all worthy of love. Here love is not simply a quality of relations but clearly an ontological quality of the universe. We get the sence that the author let us taste only a small sample of what he experiences all around him. From what he depicts we get a sense of of an open hearted; open eyed and open minded poet/author; better said - man of the world.
