I went to New Orleans once during Gay Pride, and I've never seen so many guys dressed in leather and chains. They were parading up and down Bourbon, leaving nothing to the imagination. Later, we ate at a recommended restaurant. I think we were the only straight couple in the place. Quite the experience.
