This reminds me of something else I read once, a long poem about this guy that had died and left a bag of stuff and a note to the person who claimed the bag. I forget the name of it.

This reminds me of that. The rollercoaster of emotions, with the sledgehammer addition of personal experience. I'm just surprised I haven't read this before. What a treat.
