There’s someone in the dark
Slithering her way in at night
Her tail whips out devilishly
Moving in and out of sight

She turns off all the lights
Dancing charm as the snake
Her red glare stares back
Not a stir but now I’m awake

Moving past those hips sway
Sitting quietly I can only stare
Charming all the embers now
The smile I learned how to bare

Hand stretching out she grabs
Tugging on those coiled claws
Led her to this quiet abode
Oceans open wide to her jaws

Sinking slowly I hear her hiss
Caught her in this soft embrace
Low and behold I felt her kiss
My fins cupping her sweet face

Tonight she dances with me
In these calm waters I drown
She enjoys my subtle hints
Swept her away as we go down

Down to the bottom we rest
To this sea in which I call home
She smiles as I offer her a kiss
Now were both never alone

Alone together not one sees
Seducing coils gently go soft
My ocean waves wrap her tight
Floating into the tide to sail off
