Sitting still, a calm commotion
fettered will and storm-less ocean
Waiting silent, patience prodded
Stirrings violent, thrashing wadded
Lonely, cold, but warm at last
Heart paroled, commune, repast
Present bare but past concealed
Self-aware meets stalwart shield
Speech a threat to trust entrusted
Brings regret. Reject, disgusted
Do confront for due discussion
To be blunt with repercussion
But ignore and stage your fate
Suffer more, resent and hate
Souls connected, taut and tightened
Doubt deflected, worries lightened
Honest now and later laughter
Truth allows forever after
