2:27 a.m.
He finds me
again in the night
Calling me
because he knows
I crave to hear his voice

His voice, deep,
brings repose to my
aching soul
wanting to be touched
in anyway it can

Cover me in your whispers
Tangle me in your breath
Hold me tight in your arms-
Waiting from so very far away.

Just, please, do not
Tell me that you love me
Please do not share with me your dreams
I beg you to only instruct me
Bringing me to my ever-waiting release

Because You are the one I could fall so deeply for
You are the one who could have me lying on the floor
In tears and sobs and confusion
Believing that you are just an illusion
It is much better
than knowing you are real

Realizing that you could never share with me
These same feeling I hold so deep.
Feelings I must try to keep inside
Feelings that cut deep and I can't hide
Those complicated
Feelings that can
get lost in a moment
get found in a moment
of you and me and
