All Comments on 'The Prey'

I really liked this one Lil, it stood out and spoke to me, I felt like I was inside it as I was reading it. Very well written!

and of course deer and boar...grin,

When you suddenly turn around and ask,

"wondering if you ever

feel as if you are that prey?"

The second section appealed to me slightly more than the first (I think just because the idea of hunting deer, etc. is beyond my stomach's abilities ;-), but both were excellently written!

Am I mistaken, or could this be the same person, from 2 different points of view? Both are in hiding, one from a hunter, the other from their obsession. Clever shift in points of view.

You certainly have a way with words. I could feel the emotions all through the poem as I read it. Keep up the standard, Lildarlin. I look forward to many more words from you.
