Being troglodytic when it comes to poetry, I tend to treat it simply as a story, rather than appreciate the aesthetic qualities of the craft. I’ll therefore confine comment to the less literary aspects. And I would not presume to give a star rating.

Thirty views ain’t many. No reflection on you, just that I doubt your average Literotica reader would even know there was a poetry section. Submitting here must be truly a labour of love, especially as I think it could be difficult for you to adapt your rambling style to the confining structure of a poem.

For some reason I found myself imagining this being put to music in the Benny Hill style. I think it would have been very popular. If you have any idea what I’m talking about, I hope you are not too offended!

I admit to stumbling on this one when checking back to see if you had any response to my comments on the recent Wally story. Generally you respond promptly, but I’ve noticed that if a comment is more than a week or so old there will not be a response. Is this a case of you moving on (which I would completely understand) or is it just coincidental that those comments undeserving of a response were the ‘late’ ones?

Anonymous, so good to find you here in the poetry section!

Alas, you cannot comment on a poem's content but not its style. They truly are inseparable. And so John Ciardi wrote "How Does A Poem Mean"?

I think this would have been good burlesque hall stuff, though I'm not sure how really raunchy they got. This poem, like many of the stories here, comes from my book, "The Slave Girl in 'Spartacus" or How Can A Classy Bitch Get Laid." No one has read it. I really need some reviews.

Anony, I know I saw your comment on Wally's Balls. Didn't I respond? I read what you said two or three times.

Having just binge-read your entire Literotica oeuvre, Reading this conjures up a vision of guys with erect dicks lined up in a shooting gallery with yourself aiming a paintball gun at the frenulum of each one.

You’re obviously the product of a quality education (Kent School, Pembroke?) as well a woman of rich and complex sexuality. I’m grateful to you for sharing that. Your contributions are far more interesting than the average submissions to these pages. The also conjure up pleasant memories; forty or so years ago I was a NYC cliff-dweller with a house in the Hamptons.

Wow, thanks for commenting! I wrote those poems for another site and, when I returned here, posted them. So pleased you've read and appreciated my stories. Not to mention the poems. Writing these stories is a form of sexuality, as you perceive--I call it a "fetish," which is an ordinarily nonsexual activity to which one attaches sexual feelings. There are just so many things that you can't experience in real life--or don't. Keep reading and thanks, again.
