I love you like the wind
Love me like the sea

I love you like the wind
Gentle on my cheek
That sweet caress
Carved a canyon through my soul
With steady progress

I love you like the wind
That strength that buoys
Me up into flight
That flutter that surrounds
Soothing my fright

I love you like the wind
Which touches everyone
Tousled hair
And smiling eyes
And love left everywhere

I love you like the wind
Whispering in my ear
I look for you in the air
A mirrored beating in my heart
Even when you're not there

So, I love you like the wind
Which cannot be trapped inside
Without the wild skies
The wind withers
And dies

Love me like the sea
Still as glass in silence
But I'm fluid too
Filling the empty spaces
Just like you

Love me like the sea
The great mother
Nurturing and warm
The great destroyer
Powerful in the storm

Love me like the sea
A shimmering harmony
Filling you deep inside
In crashing waves
Driven by the tide

Love me like the sea
Softly rocking you
In my deep mystery
I call you to come
Dance the tsunami

So, love me like the sea
You cannot take me with you
Only join me as I am
Because these endless waters
Are too vast to dam

I love you like the wind
Love me like the sea
