Every morning I wake up, thinking about you.
Every morning you wake up, not having a clue.

Not knowing about the feelings, that grow stronger inside of me every single day.
I face you, not knowing what to say.

I need to move on, I tell myself.
I need to let you go.

I close my eyes, and breathe out.
Right after I feel this drought.

That amazing warm feeling that was once inside of me, is now gone.
That feeling is no longer, and now I mourn.

Goodbye you, I will love you forever.
Did you feel the same for me?
No. Never.

I went through something like this not too long, so this poem speaks so many volumes. Well done and written perfectly.

What a great snapshot of unrequited love! The contrast between the voice and the other person is striking. Thank you for letting us read this poem.
