These feelings of sympathy are very well, but the sad fact is that to convict a man of rape is the most difficult crime to convict someone of. Women are questioned to the point that there whole sexual history is explored are any of societies opinions are used to judge the woman, In whole the conviction rate for rape over the world is around 8% meaning that the other 92% of women who have enough evidence to take their case to court lose out on justice and are left without any hope except their own strength.
