You lost me when you inserted the third character. From where did "she" come? Who was she? Was she a ghost, a roommate, a stranger he brought in as a surprise, a figment of a sudden onset psychotic episode or just a person you wanted to develop and forgot about in the haste to create a story? The third person who appeared from nowhere, then just as suddenly disappeared like a wraith which goes bump in the night, seriously flawed an otherwise good narrative.

I like the interaction of the couple, how he was in control, but stayed gentle. Its nice to read an anal story where the man wants to please the woman and not just himself.
