A lovely dose of life.

I listen to my wife talk about her job and it's dramas.

I put meals on the table and so does she.

Well she mostly.

But after 40 yrs a couple with the 40th anniversary coming up.

We celebrate daily being together and enjoy what we have.

So yes it can happen and does.

I like happy endings.

Nice glimpse into the workings of a successful marriage. I recall how chaotic things were with young kids, job, household and family responsibilities. While most of it is just a blur, I specifically remember a few of the times we each did that “extra duty” to help out. The love, respect and devotion was always a two way street. Thanks for reminding me, I’m going to go kiss my wife, again.
