Poetic license, yeah, but more than a little hyperbolic don’t ya think.

You still could have done the twist without jarring your readers with the abrupt shift in the tone of the story. Imagine the Woman getting off but being intrigued by the new Slave Girl and let your readers imagine future adventures between them.
