Another good one. Emily and Bailey aren't old enough yet, but he sure seems to have characteristics of a mate himself. Hell, i'm probably forgetting details already covered in Thorn. I'm wound up, need a nap and have a craving for pizza. LOL Luckily I make a great pizza!

Oddball - I now have it stuck in my head too, thanks for that LOL - as to Emily's story sadly Bailey isn't the one but he will be back. Glad you are still with me.

Anon - thanks for your support, I've already got a good start on the next but, the goal is to get it submitted by 20 October at the latest, then here in NZ we have a long weekend and I will spend much of it writing I think (22-25th off work YAY) so the goal is to have next 10-12 chapters submitted before end of the month ... after that though I know it will slow down a bit as I will be working 6 day weeks and juggling life from then till after Christmas but I promise as I did with Thorn, unless I die which I'm not planning, my stories will NEVER be left unfinished

What is it with adults and not being able to just sit down and talk. I know 75% of statistics are made up on the spot but 95% of relationship issues are just people not communicating. Ya, I know, life gets in the way. But JesuChristo these people are fucked up. Their wolves seem to be sane, but the people.. just wow. they all need couples therapy.

(i know i know it's drama and drama makes for a good read,) but the feeling I've had for the last 2 installments hasn't been "aww how romantic, they're working it out" it's been "I want to strangle them both and lock them in a room to work their out their issues"

the next submission brings us up to date with pretty much the last chapter of Thorn, minus the epilogue. So things will get better going forward and have "new" material for you all

In response to the anon frustrated with Aaron and Kate wanting to bang their heads together, tell me about it, but I have weird reasons for why I write what I write so try not to kill off anyone in your frustration - oh okay maybe it's just me wondering if I'll end up killing off one of them ... at the moment I'm leaning towards a happy ending but someone is going to have to suffer a bit first ... okay maybe I should rephrase that... someone other than me, at the moment it is like a flashback to my worst relationship highlights and is driving me to drink LOL

As beautifully written as the first set, love all the plot details.
