Really good and really interesting - the parts about analyzing people. From spotting the faint Boston accent to realizing that the late drink order meant that Meredith had already booked a room.

And Meredith’s evaluation of Steff’s intelligence and abilities.

No excuse but I’m an engineer and not good at that. Actually not committed enough to develop the ability to be good at that.

Even 50 years ago, when I got taken for $10 or so in Italy, I had the thought that the guy who spent so much time pointing out the sights and finally getting a bit of money out of me, probably had the equivalent of a PhD in psychology.
