I'm not going to rate this, and I'll tell you why. It's written in the present tense. Two things that kill a story for me -- being written in the present tense or, worse, being written in the second person. Rewrite it in the past tense, and I'd give it a 4 or 5.

What kind of pills did Doc give Alice because I want'em. They would be a best seller! I've been on estrogen for almost a decade and although my upper body has smoothed out "femme" - my boobs are only almost 37B's!
