Very good but how about bringing the story to a conclusion with answers to the unanswered questions: how and why did his father die, what did his stepmother need from him so desperately that she drugged him with an unknown substance, and what is he able to do as well as going to do when he has the answers?

Been enjoyable so far, my only complaint is the chapters could be about longer.

Hope to see more. This is really starting to get good. I personally hope this guy does something especially beneath the belt (interpret that how you will) to the evil step mother.

You've left a lot of threads dangling, and I'm curious to see how you'll tie them all together. I'm guessing that Laura has a similar power, or at least suspected that Dilan would gain his. It might be interesting to see two Alphas fight one another for control, but I don't think that you're taking it that way. It might be similar to what you did in Son of Sleep, where she was dominated before, knew that Dilan could as well, and wants did all of this to get him to dominate her. I suspect not, though. I love to speculate. I'm guessing she wants an access code to something, but I won't say any more here. You reused Mariah's name for this character. I wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't just read Son of Sleep. Not that I'm complaining, it's just interesting.

Turning intelligent women into bimbos is unsexy in the extreme ... women are worthy and deserve to continue to be so ... there are many more positive things they could be doing rather than engaging in mindless sex ... that significant flaw aside, I am enjoying exoeriencing the story develop ... so the rating is a 4
