I would have preferred longer chapters for this story, but I still liked it. I was shocked at the turn of events when their folks learned about the relationship between the siblings. Not their reaction, but the lack of Alice trying to defend him or intervene in what her father did to Mike. Then she let them take her away and make it so he could never see her and she just let it happen. She said she loved him and could not live without him yet she let him almost die and then vanished from his life. Then she has the nerve to ask him to be at her wedding? God what a bitch. ( Yeah I know it is just a story ) She got what she deserved in the end at least.

To be honest I was hoping for some kind of reconciliation with him and his sister but considering everything she put him through I don't blame him one bit. The sister in one was a bitch and I don't use the word to describe women that often. The one time he needs her to stand up for him and she let's her dad beat the hell out of him and then moves on her life like nothing ever happened. It was a bit anticlimactic in my opinion... would have loved to have read about the sister's husband and his conversation and a bit more.

I was glad to finally see this story resolved. Stories like this cry for an ending, and I had gotten to the point where I couldn't even read the first chapter again without grinding my teeth. It may not be the 'and they all lived happily ever after' ending some people like, but justice was served, and the main character is happy. Thanks - five stars.

Given what his sister did to him I like the ending. BUT.... I just don't understand why she did it! She NEVER explained to Mike why she didn't side with him! Alice was never portrayed as a slut before Becca was introduced. We never found out why Becca, Alice's best friend, thought she was a skank!

I feel like you felt obligated to finish the story and just threw the ending together!

And while the story has a great story line there are just too many holes that have gone unexplaine and make us feel kinda scratching our heads wondering! However

I do respect that you felt your readers deserved and ending to this story! Nothing worse than a story with no ending!

she fucks him,betrays him,tries to reconcile with him by inviting him to the wedding,then when he is attacked from behind she blames him again for messing up her life?what a waste of an ending that you just rushed thru and should have left undone.

if you are smart, and this story proves you aren't, you will delete all chapters of this crappy story and stop writing. this is one of the worst stories on this site you should have put it in the NONEROTIC area as the whole thing was a total turn off from start to so called end.

I am happy you finished your story I kinda wished you didn't change the sister into a bitch who betrayed him but the direction you went with it is still good I hope you think about writing more stories

The ending was extremely depressing. Alice's thoughts and motivations were very confusing. One chapter she seems to be on her brother's side and the next she's not. I can't say I was a fan

....thought the ending was excellent - but he could have damaged Bob a helluva lot more - wish that he had !!

What a sad depressing start and middle bit - but the last Chapter cheered me up !

Loved it...but felt two things would have made it better: (1) he should have beat the cap out of his old buddy for not telling his sister the truth and (2) he should have hammered the toe of his shoe into his step-dad's ribs a few times at the wedding reception. Would been a better story!

I really wanted alice to get back with Mike I got hooked on the story and when I read this one I was kisses but as I read it again it was alright you should right an alternate ending

But what I like here is that you didn't put the bullshit ending where everything is forgiven with Alice, she gets a divorce, and they live happily ever after even though Alice did literally nothing to gain that trust and respect. This was honestly the best way you could have ended the story, considering the earlier chapters. I like how the Mike evolve from sap spewing guy to a person who moved on from his family's actions and being betrayed.

Well I hated the last 3 chapters, you really fucked up the story and no matter how you planned it it was a wasted reading.......... dumb fucker..............

That was a waste of reading the last 2 chapters,,, so it came across that sis didn’t even love her brother and basically just screwed up his mind. She didn’t even care about him when he got beaten by his stepdad. An then she tracks him down to invite him to the wedding, then basically just leaves him alone and then abandons their daughter because she can’t be reminded of what happened
