Until I see more. I have to say that I agree with a prior poster in that the characters are not acting in a manner consistent with the personalities you described. I mean, I just can't picture the woman you described getting fucked and possibly pregnant as described. And I can't see the guy you described just standing there beating off taking it all in. Hell, the minute she was indicating she would be willing to get knocked up by him, almost 90 % of the men I know would be all up their shit!

Learn to be consistent and show the characters reacting realistically. otherwise the commenter's are right and this is just another BS cuck story of which there are already too many.

The characters and/or their motivation need more development for the decisions they each make to be believable. Your writing and the pacing are both good, but the story could be improved a lot with a little more rationale for the characters' behavior.
