The Goddess was practically hanging off Hector's side when they returned to class, drawing the eyes of both his classmates and his teacher. Normally so much attention would embarrass him, but he was too drained to care.

"Is everything okay you two?" Mrs. Fuller peered at them suspiciously from her desk, her eyes following them over the top of her glasses as they took their seats.

"Yes Mrs. Fuller," Hector said. "I just...had an emergency."

The class laughed under their breath.

"Understandable, but try to at least give me some warning, if you can. You need a pass."

"I'm sorry."

"It's quite alright. Since you're here, can I have you read the next three pages please?"

"Umm, sure." Hector flipped forward a few pages of the book. "Where are we again?"

Mrs. Fuller sighed. "Page 91. First full paragraph. Pay attention."

"Yeah, sorry."

As Hector began reading his assigned passages to the class, he could feel the Goddess's presence pulling him away. Whether intentional or not, his attention was hers. He couldn't concentrate, stumbling over his words every time the memory of what they'd just done flashed in his head. By the time he had finished, he was sweating and his heart was beating so fast he thought it might burst out of his chest.

"Thank you Hector," said Mrs. Fuller. "Kristi, can you continue please."

The world around Hector became a muffled blur once more as he turned his full attention back to Aphrodite. Her beauty was positively hypnotizing, and he couldn't stop staring even if he wanted to, which of course he didn't. Her breasts sat loose and heavy within her tank top, a hint of cleavage teasing him, taunting him. He wanted to see them again, and knowing he would was enough to get him hard once more.

Just then the bell rang, breaking Hector out of his trance. Aphrodite came bouncing up to him as he was shoving his supplies into his backpack, working around the erection straining within his pants.

"Wow, that was boring." The Goddess yawned and stretched. "How many more classes do we have to go to?"

"Three."

"Aww..." She looped her arm around his waist. "But I guess as long as you're here I don't mind."

"You really think that?"

"Of course silly. You make everything better, just by being here. Even boring school."

Hector was at a loss for words. "That's really sweet of you to say Aphrie."

She smiled and placed her hand on his crotch. "You think maybe we can fit in a little more fun before the next class?"

"I'd like that, but maybe we shouldn't push our luck again."

"Fine, fine..."

Hector threw his backpack over his right shoulder and headed out of the classroom, hand in hand with Aphrodite.

"Hector, may I have a word." Mrs. Fuller was still seated at her desk, clearly waiting for him. "It'll be just a moment."

"Uh, sure. Go on ahead Aphrie; I'll catch up."

"You better." She gave Mrs. Fuller a quick look before leaving Hector standing at the edge of her desk.

"Is everything okay?"

"Yeah," Hector lied. "Like I said, it was just a bathroom emergency."

"That's not what I meant." Mrs. Fuller stood up, giving Hector a full view of the white blouse and black pencil skirt she was wearing, a combo that drew full attention to her hour glass figure. "You seem very distracted today, which is very unlike you."

"I'm sorry about that, it's just..."

"New girlfriend?"

"That obvious?"

She nodded, and her eyes glanced to his waist, so quickly he didn't notice. "I understand. New love is intoxicating."

Mrs. Fuller encircled Hector, slowly, stopping only to lean back on the front of her desk. He was slightly taken aback; he'd never seen his English teacher so informal. Her dark brown hair hung long and loose over her breasts, so large they looked like they'd pop out of her blouse at any moment. In fact, he swore they were significantly bigger than they were before. Suddenly he found it hard not to stare.

"Look, believe it or not, I too was young once," Mrs. Fuller said. "It's easy to get consumed by your feelings, especially at your age. But when you're in my class, you're mine. Understand?"

Hector swallowed. His teacher's words were so...forceful. "Yes ma'am."

"You're such a good student; I'd hate to see you slip when you're so close to graduating."

"Yes ma'am."

"Tomorrow I want your full attention. Okay?"

"Yes Mrs. Fuller, I'll do my best."

"That's all that I ask. You may go now."

Hector found Aphrodite waiting for him when he stepped outside of the classroom.

"Is something wrong my love?" she asked, sensing his uneasiness.

"Nothing," he assured her. "It's just, Mrs. Fuller...she seems different today."

"Hmm, maybe." The Goddess's placed her hands on his chest and kissed him on the nose. "Or maybe you're just so in love."

Hector couldn't help but laugh. "That's the cheesiest thing I've ever heard."

"Yeah, well get used to it."

She kissed him again, this time on the lips, dancing her tongue along his, sending all concerns of English class and Mrs. Fuller to the furthest reaches of his mind.

***

The rest of the school day passed without event, much to Hector's relief, during which the Goddess never left his side. She shared all four periods with him, which he found suspicious. The odds are too slim for this to be a coincidence, he thought. Somehow she had pulled some sort of magical strings. Not that he minded. He noticed how good he felt just being around her. He felt happier, more relaxed. Her presence boosted his mood, and for the first time in a long while he didn't mind being at school. More often than not he found himself staring at her in class, too lost in her supernatural beauty to care what was being taught, still in disbelief that she was his. He still half expected to wake up, for it all to be a dream, too good to be true. But he never did.

Aphrodite even shared lunch with him, sitting in his lap and kissing his neck as he attempted to devour a plate of nachos, drawing the attention of the whole cafeteria. Hector could feel all their eyes on him, all their jealousies. They crawled on his skin like gnats, itchy and invisible. Aphrodite on the other hand seemed to pay them no mind. In fact, if he didn't know better, she liked the attention.

"Would you two get a room already," Kayla said as she sat down across from them, carrying a PB&J sandwich and a bag of chips.

Aphrodite's eyes went wide. "Is there one around? That'd be fantastic."

"Wow, I was joking." Kayla turned to Hector. "Your girlfriend's a bit of a ditz, huh?"

"Hey, be nice," Hector said. "She's not a ditz, she's just got...certain subjects on her mind."

"Uh huh. Speaking of which, there's already rumors about you guys flying around."

"Ooh, I love rumors," the Goddess said. "Are they scandalous?"

"You could say that, yeah."

"What are they saying?" asked Hector.

"I think you know." Kayla planted her eyes on Aphrodite. "And by the looks of it, it's all true. You're not exactly doing a good job of hiding the fact."

"Hector and I love each other, why should we hide it?"

"You don't, just maybe be less obvious about it."

"Oh, I get it. You're jealous."

Kayla's cheeks shot red with blood. "What! No, I'm not jealous, I--"

"Yes you are." Aphrodite pressed her index finger against Kayla's nose." It's written plainly on your face."

Kayla swatted her hand away. "Shut up you...slut!"

Aphrodite laughed. "Is that the best insult you've got? I've heard that a million times."

"Yeah, I bet--"

"Aphrie, leave her alone."

Hector's words were uncharacteristically forceful, drenched in a commanding tone that took even him by surprise.

"Yes dear," Aphrodite said. She recoiled back into his lap.

"Thank you," said Hector. "Now please apologize."

"Please accept my sincerest apologies Kayla." She smiled and confidently held out her hand. "Any ally of Hector's is an ally of mine, and in a moment of ignorance I had forgotten that. I promise not to instigate any further."

Kayla looked at Hector, then Aphrodite, and sighed. "Yeah, sure, okay."

She begrudgingly shook the Goddess's hand back, and in an instant it felt like all the tension between the three of them both loosened and tightened, simultaneously.

"Wonderful!" said Aphrodite. "I think we're gonna be the best of friends!"

Kayla sat back in her seat. "Well, I guess it would be nice to have another girl to talk to..."

"Yay!" With the grace of a god Aphrodite leaped out of Hector's lap and into Kayla's, sending them sprawling onto the floor. "I can't wait to share secrets, and have slumber parties, and do whatever else high school girls do!"

"Hey get off me, you crazy bitch!" screamed Kayla.

Hector took a sip of chocolate milk as he watched the two most important women in his life grapple on the floor.

This relationship's gonna take some work.

"I'm so glad you could join us for dinner Aphrie." Nora set a plate in front of the Goddess. "I hope you like asparagus, it's one of the few vegetables Hector likes, and I made it special just for you."

"It looks delicious Nora, thank you."

Hector's mom couldn't help but blush to Aphrodite's compliment, and took a seat at the dinner table, between her husband and her youngest son.

"So how long have you lived around here Aphrie?" Dave asked before taking a bite of brisket. Hector noticed his father's eyes linger on her before glancing away.

"My family just moved here a few weeks ago."

"And you and Hector are already dating? You must've hit it off."

"Oh yes. From the first time we met, your son has been so nice to me. You raised a very sweet man. And handsome. Kind of like his father."

Dave stopped, and for a brief moment forgot how to swallow, causing him to cough.

"You okay honey?" Nora asked.

"Yeah, just...went down the wrong pipe."

At this point Hector was beginning to grasp the Goddess of Love's M.O. It was in her nature to be flirtatious; to coax out the attraction that every single person had for her. Under normal circumstances he might have been jealous or upset, but deep inside, he knew he had nothing to fear. He couldn't describe it with words, but with each passing moment, ever since he ate that apple, he felt closer to her, as if he and her were becoming one, their thoughts and feelings melding, inching ever closer to a destiny neither could understand nor predict. It left Aphrodite feeling anxious, he could tell, but also excited. As mundane as things had been so far, this was the most unpredictable situation she had been in in a long time. It was exhilarating, and the feeling was rubbing off on him.

"Tim, it's impolite to stare."

Nora's words broke Hector from his thoughts, and he turned to see his younger brother, eyes wide with wonder and aimed in the direction of Aphrodite. He hadn't touched his dinner yet (mac and cheese), hadn't even played with it, a sign of the undivided attention the Goddess drew from the child.

"It's quite alright Nora," Aphrodite said with a smile. She reached out and gently placed her hand on Tim's head, lightly ruffling his hair. "What's on your mind little guy?"

"You're pwetty." The words left the young boy as if on autopilot, as if he had no control over his words, even beyond the already loose confines of a five-year-old.

"Oh, well thank you! You're such a cutie." Aphrodite withdrew her hand and handed Tim his spoon. "Now let's make sure we eat all our dinner so you can grow up to be big and strong like your brother, okay?"

"Okay!" And then as if heeding a direct order, Tim calmly grabbed the spoon from Aphrodite and began shoveling macaroni into his mouth.

"Wow Aphrie," said Nora, impressed. "I've never seen Tim so quick to agree. Usually he puts up a huge fuss."

"Well, I've found that kids tend to like me, and I like them, so it just seems to work I guess."

Hector's love for Aphrodite seemed to grow even more in that moment. The effortless way she handled his normally obnoxious little brother, made her even more inhumanly beautiful than she already was.

"Better put a ring on her son. Fast. There aren't many like her." Dave stopped mid-bite, realizing what he'd said. His brazen honesty left the whole room breathless, creating an awkward atmosphere. "Um, I mean..."

But Aphrodite mercifully cut him off. "I know what you mean Mr. Benson. Thank you."

She then turned to Nora, looking directly into her eyes. "And thank you for inviting me into your home Nora, and serving me this wonderful meal. You have a beautiful family that I hope to spend more time with."

And with those simple words the air seemed to return just as quickly.

"I hope so too dear." Nora smiled and blushed. "I hope so too."

"Well that got awkward." Hector plopped down on his bed next to Aphrodite, who was already naked and shimmering with pink sparkles. "Thanks for handling that."

"It's nothing," she assured him. "I've maneuvered the drama of Olympus; compared to that your parents are a walk in the park." She placed her index finger under her chin. "That's the saying right? A walk in the park?"

Hector chuckled. "Yeah, that's right." He stopped a moment to admire her naked form. Her skin was as pale as the moon, making her nubile body look delicate and fragile, almost as if she was made of the finest porcelain. "Can I ask you a question?"

"Of course my love. Any time."

"What's Olympus like? And the other gods? And...all the stories. Like, the Illiad, er, the Trojan War I mean. Did that really happen?"

Aphrodite sat up with a smile. "That's more than one question dear."

"Oh, yeah, uh, sorry."

"It's quite alright. And yes, the Trojan War really happened. Gods, it's been so long since that whole bloody mess."

"And Achillies? He was real?"

"Oh most definitely," she said. "To be honest, much of that situation was kind of my fault, which my brothers and sisters are so fond to remind me of. I haven't heard the end of it ever since."

"It wasn't all your fault," Hector said. "If I remember correctly, the contest for Paris's favor was Hera and Athena's idea just as much as yours."

"Yes, but I won, and thus most of the fallout belongs to me. Had I not, Troy might still be standing."

"Maybe. But that's what I always liked about your stories. The gods are just as human as us. They make mistakes."

"That certainly can't be denied." Aphrodite laid back down beside him and brushed her delicate hand against his cheek. It was soft and cold, sending pleasant chills through his body. "What else do you know my love?"

"Well..." Hector stood up and, without having to look, pulled a thin book out from his book shelf. "This is Greek Mythology in a Nutshell," he said as he returned to her side on the bed. "It summarizes all the major myths in a way that kids can enjoy." He opened it, and a page fell out. "And as you can see, I never stopped reading it."

Aphrodite giggled, and rested her head on Hector's shoulder while he intently flipped a few pages before stopping on the image of a man sailing on a ship.

"So, this is The Odyssey, which is the story of Odysseus's ten year journey home from the Trojan War. This one's my favorite."

"Yes, I remember him," said Aphrodite. "A clever man, whose schemes brought about the fall of Troy. Poseidon was not a fan."

"There was Perseus," Hector flipped forward a few more pages, to a drawing of a man facing a woman with snakes for hair. "He faced the gorgon Medusa. They made a movie about it. Not exactly accurate, but it's a classic."

"You can thank Athena for that one. Poor girl, she deserved better."

"Oh, and this is the 12 Labors of Hercules, demigod son of Zeus." Hector pointed to the picture of a cartoonishly muscular man fighting a lion.

"Hera was the one responsible for that. She's very nosey; never liked that about her."

"And then there's Pandora's Box, and Prometheus. Oh, and Theseus--"

Hector's words were suddenly cut off by Aphrodite's lips, and for what seemed an eternity they lingered, savoring the indescribable love they felt in one another's mouths.

"You really know your stuff," the Goddess said when they finally parted.

"Yeah, I'm a bit of a mythology geek," admitted Hector. "I loved learning about it in school. It was one of the few things that stuck."

"You're a learned man." Aphrodite walked her fingers across his chest. "I happen to like learned men. Hephaestus was always such a dull brute, spending all his time hammering away in his forge, building weapons Zeus will never use. I'd have been lucky if I got five words out of him. He's so pathetic."

Just then Hector had an epiphany, one that left him feeling uneasy. "So are you and Hephaestus technically still together?"

Aphrodite nodded. "Yes, I'm afraid so. At least in the eyes of my father."

"So...what does that mean for us? If the apple was meant for him, I figure Zeus won't be too happy."

"That's a fair assumption to make."

Aphrodite, sensing Hector's growing anxiety, brought her hand to the zipper of his jeans, drawing it down slowly.

"Hey, let's not worry about that right now. We are together, here, and now."

Hector closed his eyes, and in the darkness felt the Goddess's soft supple fingers draw him out, her touch coaxing him to full hardness.

"That feels really good Aphrie."

"I know." Her fingers danced over his sensitive head; encircling it with pulses of heavenly bliss. "Just relax. Let me please you my love."

Her words were coated in magic and lust, freeing him from all conscious thought. Whatever words tumbled out of him next, he had no control over.

"God that feels amazing. You're amazing. Oh fuck. Yeah, just like that. You're so beautiful. Everything about you. Your tits. Your ass. God, I wanna fuck you in your ass and make it mine."

The words shocked him, even as they were leaving his mouth. It was as if they weren't just his, and in the shade of his mind he heard her giggle, a playful affirmation and acceptance of this primitive desire.

Not just mine, he realized. Hers too.

"Well we'll just have to make it so. But not tonight. Tonight we have a guest."

"A guest?"

Just then the divine euphoria abruptly stopped, and when Hector opened his eyes Aphrodite was gone. A haze of pink sat heavy in her place, and through it he saw a feminine figure standing in his bedroom window.

"What are you doing out there Aphrie?"

Confused, Hector approached the window. She must be up to some weird trick.

But as he got closer, he quickly realized that it wasn't the Goddess of Love and Beauty standing outside his bedroom.

"Kayla!?"

She said nothing, her eyes wide and drawn downward, to Hector's exposed cock, still hard and pointed in her direction.

"Oh my god!" He frantically began trying to stuff his cock back into his pants, but it was too engorged to fit. "I'm so sorry Kayla, I didn't mean--"

"Relax stud, it's nothing I haven't seen before." Despite the confidence in her words, even in the dark Hector could tell she was blushing. "You must be busy with your new girlfriend. Sorry, I'll come back another time."

"Don't leave." The voice emanated from behind them, forceful and feminine, drawing both of their attentions to the bed. Aphrodite, dressed in a golden see-through nightie, was laying on her elbow, shrouded in the pink mist from where she had reappeared. "You've arrived just in time. We've been expecting you."

"Expecting?" Hector and Kayla asked in unison.

"Oh yes." The Goddess sat up and approached the window, so quickly it seemed like she was floating. "You've come to confess your feelings for Hector, haven't you?"

Hector turned back to Kayla, her eyes even wider than they had been before, this time glistening with held back tears. She was shivering, the cold autumn night air sending goosebumps across her pale skin.
