You kept my interest to the end and madeI me keep reading to the endt. Good writing. You kept my interest and lead me to want to read on but liked not knowing the rest of the story. Put me on a nice "plane of pleasure" that didn't need consummation.

The very first sentence turns a park into an erotic force-field full of the the tension of sexual possibility, and this effect is heightened by the single-sentence paragraphs that subsequently punctuate the narrative. Your use of the historic present heightens the immediacy of the narrator's tensions and inner conflict.
