1st Chapter was OK --2nd was terrible!

There is nothing to suggest hubby would be submissive. To assume this is silly for the wife. Just because she caught him in a tryst with another man does not mean he is willing to sub to her. Especially with them not speaking to each other. I don't see any love in this relationship any longer, at least, there is none in the first two chapters. They should just get divorced and that should be that. But I sense a lot of fetish stuff on the way, or at least BDSM. Why again does she think he would submit to this? Or are we going with the knockout drops and then putting him in bondage to teach him a lesson? Does the author truly find this erotic?
