A well handled conclusion to the story. Much more in keeping with the reality of life (although Wade got off lightly)

Well this is a mess, her son lost what he thought was a good friend. (I guess he knows better now) and who knows how long if ever she gets her relationship with her son back. If you ask me this is just one hell of a big mess. Just wait the next time he has a disagreement with the girlfriend, he will be knocking on Mrs Robinsons door. Very good writing but still one hell of a big mess.
